- **Order data we receive from Creem** (our Merchant of Record / payment processor): your name, email address, country, product purchased, and amount paid. **We do not receive or store your full card number** — payment is processed by Creem.

- **Basic site data:** standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and, if enabled, privacy-respecting analytics cookies. We do not sell personal data and we do not buy contact lists.

To deliver your product and download access; to provide updates you subscribed to; to answer support requests within 3 business days; to keep order and tax records as required by law; and to prevent fraud and abuse of our licence terms.

Only processors needed to run the store: Creem (payment, tax, invoicing, customer portal), our email/hosting providers (site and mailbox operation), and authorities when legally required. We do not share data for third-party advertising.
