We sell digital products delivered by download. Please read the product page (contents, file formats, and previews) before purchasing.
## 1. When we refund in full
Email support@opskitsupply.ccwu.cc within **14 days of purchase** if any of these apply, and we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method via Creem:
- A file is corrupt or cannot be opened with the software listed on the product page, and we cannot provide a working replacement within 3 business days;
- You were charged twice for the same product (duplicate purchase);
- The product is materially different from its description on the product page at the time you bought it.
## 2. When we do not refund
Because our products are instantly downloadable digital files, we do not refund for: change of mind after download; buying the wrong product where the product page accurately described it; lack of the third-party software named on the product page (e.g., a spreadsheet or automation app needed to open a template); or results/outcomes from applying the material, which depend on your business and are not guaranteed.
If you are unsure whether a product fits your tools, ask us at support@opskitsupply.ccwu.cc before buying — we reply within 3 business days.
## 3. Subscriptions
You may cancel at any time via the Creem Customer Portal or support@opskitsupply.ccwu.cc. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not provide partial-period refunds for the current period, except where Section 1 applies or the law requires it.
## 4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued through Creem to your original payment method. Creem and your bank control the posting time after approval. Nothing in this policy removes any statutory consumer rights you may have, and Creem, as Merchant of Record, may process a refund where required to comply with law or card-network rules.
