These Terms govern your purchase and use of digital products from OpsKit Supply ("we", "us"), operated by [LEGAL NAME], at opskitsupply.ccwu.cc ("Site"). By purchasing or downloading a product, you agree to these Terms.
## 1. What we sell
We sell standardized digital products only: PDF documents, spreadsheet and document templates, and downloadable software/workflow template files, delivered electronically. We do not sell physical goods and we do not provide consulting, agency, implementation, or any done-for-you services. Product descriptions, file formats, and contents are listed on each product page before purchase.
## 2. Merchant of Record and payment
Payments are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ), which acts as Merchant of Record and seller of record for the transaction, calculates and remits applicable VAT/sales tax, and issues your invoice/receipt. We never receive or store your full payment-card details.
## 3. Delivery
Products are delivered by download link and/or email immediately after successful payment. If you do not receive access within 1 hour, contact support@opskitsupply.ccwu.cc and we will re-issue delivery.
## 4. Licence
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product within a single business owned by you. You may modify templates for your own business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share publicly, or claim ownership of the products or their contents, in original or modified form, except as needed for your own internal business operations (e.g., sharing a checklist with your own staff or your supplier on a specific order).
## 5. Subscriptions
Some products include or offer a subscription (e.g., updates library). Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at purchase until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the Creem Customer Portal link in your receipt, or by emailing support@opskitsupply.ccwu.cc; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you keep access until then. We will notify you of any price change before it applies to a renewal.
## 6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our products to violate any law, infringe third-party rights, or misrepresent our materials as professional legal, tax, or financial advice. Our products are business-operations educational materials; they are not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and outcomes from using them are not guaranteed.
## 7. Intellectual property
All products and Site content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable IP law. No rights are transferred other than the licence in Section 4.
## 8. Disclaimer and liability
Products are provided "as is" for general business use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
## 9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy at https://opskitsupply.ccwu.cc/refund, which forms part of these Terms.
## 10. Changes and contact
